Aspiring to become a yakitori master, he began his training as part of the opening staff at "Yakitori Abe." After a few years of training, he was asked to open a new restaurant called “Yakitori Haruka” in the upscale Shirokane area of Tokyo.
He decided to move to Australia when he heard about a new restaurant opening on the Gold Coast and is currently continuing his professional journey.
